Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. She has a number of soap opera roles including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she played Daphne in the HBO drama True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She started out her career as a teacher of Reading in Kindergarten and the 1st grade in Maury County. In 1998, she got married to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated to Thompsons Station. Her first teaching job was with Bethesda Elementary, where she taught fourth grade. The years 1999 and 2000 saw her taught while getting her Masters of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped off the teaching side when they welcomed their oldest son Baylor to the family in 2000. Ashley's last 15-year focus has been encouraging children to grow within her own church and the surrounding community. Additionally, she has served in various capacities. Ashley is a long-time leader for the Preschool Ministry as well as the Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley taught her children at home for three years when she was at home. Ashley taught History in the homeschool in their time of home schooling. She enjoyed being at home with her kids and loved teaching her children. But, God made it clear that the time was right for the family to move back full-time. Brent and Ashley each have five kids. Silas, Eliza, and Cruz all go to GCA. Baylor who is who is a GCA grad attends UT Martin where she plays baseball at the university. Callan an GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. It is a family of busy people who love to hunt, fish and cheer each other on during their favourite sports. Romans 8:28.
